Citations Are Paid Through Municipal Court

Located inside of the Live Oak Justice Center at 8022 Shin Oak Dr.

Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm, Closed 12:00pm – 1:00pm

Payment Options

* Online – Click Here to pay our citation online and select “Municipal Court”.
Search by citation number and date of birth, or driver's license number and date of birth.

Note: If you pay online, you will be convicted of the offense for which you paid.

* In Person – Come by the Municipal Court at 8022 Shin Oak Drive, before 4:45pm, during business hours and we will be happy to process your payment by cash, credit card (MasterCard or Visa), money order, or cashier check.

* Drop Box – The City of Live Oak offers a drop box located at the exit of the City Hall parking lot at 8001 Shin Oak Drive. Payments placed in the drop box will be processed the following business day after 3:00pm.

* Mail – Municipal Court payments can be mailed to 8022 Shin Oak Drive, Live Oak, Texas 78233. All mail payments are processed on the day they are received, except on Court days.

* Automated phone payment line at 877-857-4908 (An additional fee will apply). You will need you citation number and date of birth.
